I am vegan and need to go anti-candida! Is there anyway you could post recipes for these? I thought we weren’t supposed to eat candida because it is fermented?

Is the low amount of powdered sugar in the frosting a typo? It seems kind of on the greasy side. And not very sweet.

I just purchased a cast iron dutch oven yesterday I was hoping to make soups & pots of beans or wheatberries. Now i am thinking cooking things that are liquid are not good because of the cast iron. Thoughts on this would be great.

I’M SO HAPPY I’M NOT THE ONLY ONE ! I’m glad to have found you via googling “yeast sugar gluten free diet”. I have systemic candidasis and 1st cut out sugar and yeast, then when this plus Rx did not help, I added gluten-free. I am certainly getting more creative in the kitchen!

Can anyone recommend some books that cover dietary notes, tips, recipes for living free from all 3 of these – yeast, sugar, gluten ? I’ve been combining resources, a bit discouraged that most recent publications are 10 years old.

Hi!
I am so glad I found your site.
I think I may have to go anti candida- but I was beginning to think it meant sacrificing my vegan-ness!
Where can I find recipes for these? On an anti-candida site I was on, it made it seem as if all beans were out of the question…is that not true? Or is that just for stage one on the cleanse?

thank you for sharing!! sorry to hear about tantalus’ wine, but the safe list is quality and comprehensive. i was surprised and saddened to hear about fish bladders to clarify beers, so unfiltered wheats seem to be the way to go. do you have a vegan beer list, by chance? otherwise, we must be curious to be informed! thanks again and be well! Just got my shipment in the mail and it is so thin and flimsy I am returning them all. Sooooo sad. Must be made in China I guess you get what you pay for.
